Guests will be charged to repair any damages beyond normal wear and tear they cause to the premises or to room amenities.

Guests may not invite friends or family who are not registered guests of the inn to spend time on the premises without consent of the Innkeeper.

For the safety and security of this historic house and all guests, open flames, candles or burning of incense is strictly prohibited in all rooms and any indoor spaces or on porches.

As we have a dog in residence regretfully no pets are allowed. Service dogs are welcome according to ADA regulations, We are not handicap accessible.

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Where room capacity permits, additional guests can be accommodated at $10 per person per night, including breakfast.

No smoking is allowed in guest rooms and any indoor spaces. In the event this policy is violated, the guest will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted in the area outside by the Sun Room as long as it does not infringe on other guests’ enjoyment.
